Parents submit required information, upload student’s photo, upload required documents and make online admission form fees payment (if applicable).Parents immediately receive mail with attached admission form in PDF format for future reference, admission form fees receipt and one unique form number to track admission form status online. Parents receive same unique form number on registered mobile through SMS.

Walk-in Form

Empowers institute staff to add admission form in behalf of any walk-in parent where staff fills all required information, upload student photo and documents and receives offline form payment. Parent immediately receives mail with attached admission form in PDF format for future reference, admission form fees receipt and one unique form number to track admission form status online. Parent receives same unique form number on registered mobile through SMS.

Institute can schedule interview of parents and students and can allot the time slot based upon auto calculated time frame. Authorized staff can enter/upload interview result into system to shortlist the admission forms.

Short-listing

Institute can short-list admission forms based upon govt. defined and custom defined rules and formulas. Institute can have a form approved, rejected or on-hold with remarks. System sends a communication to parents through email/SMS on any action made by institute containing current status of form and given remarks.

Publication

Institute can publish the list of short-listed applications, where system sends a communication to parents through email/SMS with attached admission offer letter. The publication report can be exported in common formats, but as system sends digital communication, there is no need of publishing any hard printed list on notice board.

Short-listed candidates receive official admission offer letter from institute stating confirmation of the admission.

The admission application forms can be exported in PDF printable format for future reference with barcode and student’s photograph.
